Sarah Crowther

Founder and President

Sarah has worked in higher education and international education for almost 20 years. She earned her BA from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA and a M.Ed. in Integrative Learning from Endicott College. During the course of her career, she has worked at a small, regional colleges, an elite liberal arts college and finally, at University Massachusetts at Amherst where she held the position of Director of Summer Programs and Special Projects.

Sarah has launched partnerships and programs with Ministries of Education in UAE, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, China, and many more. She has also won Department of State grants with the Fulbright Commission to bring international students to the US, and has secured millions of dollars in private foundation funding to expand access to higher education for both domestic and international students.

Sarah's passion is strengthening educational ties between US institutions and international partners in order to create essential opportunities for students to live as global citizens.

Sarah's favorites are her children, terrible dog, skiing, cooking, and being with friends and family.

Harkiran Sawhney

Vice President & COO

Kiran has led one of India’s leading overseas education consultancies for the past decade. After pursuing a MBA from Institute for Technology and Management, Mumbai and a Certification in Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School, USA, she also holds a "Qualified Education Agent Counsellor" certification from Professional International Education Resources (PIER), Australia and is experienced in leading initiatives, managing operations and handling students.

She has a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic initiatives. She handles internal and external marketing communication, operations, partnerships with global accreditation bodies and universities, and new initiatives amongst many other things. Kiran loves spending time with her son and likes to read and travel in her free time.

Jessica Madrigal

Consultant- University Relations

Jessica has dedicated her career in higher education to the non-degree programs' field, overseeing summer sessions, non-credit workshops, certificate programs, executive education, and English language programs. She is Past-President of the Association of University Summer Sessions (AUSS), and of the North American Association of Summer Sessions (NAASS). She has been in summer session administration for over 30 years and her tenure spans five institutions: Georgetown University, The Catholic University of America, Johns Hopkins University and University of Colorado Boulder, and Columbia University.

Ms. Madrigal holds a Bachelor in Arts and a Master in Science in Spanish Linguistics from Georgetown University. She is a Doctoral Candidate at the American College of Education and is researching learning in an intensive format.
